twitters for Twilight! =)

I watched this just 2 hours ago because i was extremely curious what was the Twilight fuss all about and my extremely little knowledge of the Twilight series.

I was wowed by the overwhelming cheers for the male lead by young-adult movie-goers and also by the VERY big poster which followed by my, "nani sore?!" and my very long stare at the poster before slowly saying, ooooook.

It is big, not an understatement.

As the story progressed, i see what all the hype is about. It is a love story of a young teenager girl and an unlikely male vampire, period. ok scratch that.

Aside from the HORRIBLE VFX and makeup, the story itself is catchy and interesting. A little drama and a lot of romantic scenes, now i know why 5 years younger of my bracket age go yahoo over this cheesy yet the best on screen romance of the year--or yearssss. Really.

Another thing was the worst editing, horrible choreography of the fight scenes and lack of intensity which i think would successfully rouse the audience. Visual effects is ok, but i could certainly swear i caught sight of the wires the actors flew on but gracefully saved by Pattinson's acting.

They are indeed a bunch of excellent actors! I was amaze by Pattinson's portrayal of Edward Cullen which at first I believe the only requirement of the character is to be good looking and a killer pose. It was killed by his in depth portrayal like there's no tomorrow. I was bothered by Stewart's lack of emotion at first but she's good at what she does and a very good portrayal of awkward Bella. They made the characters alive, realistic( not in the sense of what you perceive of reality!), and in the end more than fit for what needed to do in the character.

The family's more than ok,---except by Jasper's actor. I don't know what's wrong with him. He scares me! The father was soooper white and I actually liked Alice's character.

The villain part was lame. Jame's and Victoria's actors were hot, and the black one kinda reminds me of Will.I.AM of Black-eyed peas! lol

I don't see how great the movie is but it is worth watching. I kind of enjoyed the romance and the cheesy stuff so I guess all the youngsters who still wish on the stars will too. The chemistry of the leads kept me glued in my seat so the entertainment factor suffice all other inadequacy of the film.

I'm lucky to see it with some of the fans of the book, they actually supplied me with information not there in the movie with constant screaming and giggling and screaming again( the kiss part mostly).

Ok, enough about the reviews. Here's what i REALLY think.

About the lead. They are the most amazing on screen couple who aside from time to time cheesy and lame dialogue, did good on portraying awkwardly in love teens and one of the reasons why i was able to sit through this movie. The intense electric chemistry between them will pull you both romantically and sexually.

As you might guess, I do a lot of internal swooning on the theatre. However, I have an excellent poker face. Pity, i do not have a photo of them kissing! Wuuu, yeah.

Oh, did i already mention horrible make-up? lol. Yeah, i really laughed out loud because i was taken aback when i first saw Pattinson (Edward) with those VERY pale make-up and VERY red lips.

I think i saw a faint glimmer of light just like the ones you see in apple. he-he!
Boy, i must say im liking it, it makes me smile every time.

For the purpose of my point. See? see the glimmer!!

Anyway, another reason for swooning over this movie is because of this guy, definitely! I recognized him from another movie whose title escaped me.....his name also lol. never fret because this guy is definitely an EYE CANDY!

And i happen to google him just for this purpose. Eye Candy. can't help counting the pandesals. 1,2,3,4,5,6 there are six of them. yeah! lol

And this is the family. With the father who is more gorgeous than the mother. And the brother with a blonde hair--with my mind of constant outburst of screaming 'gay'.

Next to Pattinson(Edward) is the character Emmett Cullen, hugging him is the closest you can get to hugging a vampire; he looks like he is made of granite.

I also adore her! one of the evil Nomadic Vampire, Victoria. fancy the curls~

And i love the baseball scene!

And the sooooper funny tree moments, and they have lots of those.

And Edward Cullen, past life=monkey.

Anyhow, the movie is passable. Not very good but quite interesting. This movie is definitely for the teens and for Twilight's super-duper-mega-over-bombastic die-hard fans. Let's keep up the hype!
